The project turns creator fees into a public, receipt-driven campaign that raises awareness of automated license plate reader (ALPR) surveillance in public spaces. Every claim, donation, and community payout is published with on-chain receipts at deflock.trade, including a live fee dashboard, a transparency ledger, and a free meme and design kit that powers weekly community action campaigns. The project is not affiliated with deflock.org. The community holds the creator fees and funds the mission in public, receipt by receipt.
